Do we have a step by step process in place for:
  • Mental preparation
  • Cold Calling
  • Building Rapport/Relationships
  • Asking the right questions
  • Effectively presenting our products/services
  • Can you/your team recite the top 5 best success stories of your company?
  • Do you/your reps effectively present the BENEFITS of what your product has to offer?
  • Do you know the top 5 objections you/your reps may face, and how to effectively handle them?
  • Do you have a referral strategy, is it trained, and is it managed?
If you answered “no” to any or most of these questions, you are missing out on revenue streams, business growth, and long term success in your company.

Bottom line: the best companies have a sales system that is trained, managed, and integrated into every fiber of how their operation runs.

Weak companies are usually a result of a weak sales system. Don’t fall prey to this – take action and find someone who can turn your sales team – into a well oiled sales and selling machine.
